GRACE

We need a lot of it, so we give a lot of it. We don't care who you are, what you've done or where you've been, you're always welcome here. We do our best to judge no one and accept everyone.

RELATIONSHIPS

No one was meant to do life alone. We place a high value on personal relationships. Everyone from the top down is very approachable. It's easy to get connected here.

EXCITEMENT

We think church should be fun. We want you to want to come back. Everything we do is high-energy, full of life and inspiring. Life is hard enough. If you take time to come to church, we're going to lift you up.

AUTHENTICITY

We are not pretenders. We'll tell you right upfront--there are no perfect people here. Jeff talks openly about his weaknesses and leads with a limp. We believe transparency is the key to spiritual growth. People who cover up cannot move forward. So, please, don't hide your baggage. We may be able to help you unload it.

TEAMWORK

This is not a one-man show or a one-church deal. Everything we do, we do in teams. Every player has equal value and importance. From the beginning, we will strive to raise up leaders and send them out. We will multiply ourselves. We will give to grow. And we will join hands with other churches to advance God's Kingdom.
