Why should I join a group?
In times of need and times of fun, Growth Groups are your source of friendship and support. They are your key to developing connections with those who share your interests or people who are dealing with similar life issues.
Growth Groups are an opportunity to reach out to others, while growing in your walk with God. Groups meet once a week in homes, restaurants, and parks all around Columbus. The groups change and begin again three times a year, so you have the opportunity to try out different ones. You'll never fully experience MyChurch until you join a Growth Group!
What are the groups about?
Our groups are as varied as we are. Group leaders use their gifts and passions to create a group that allows others to join with them in serving God. Whatever your age or interest -- Bible study, sports, prayer, missions, mountain biking, you name it -- we've got a group that's just right for you, and they meet all over the city.
When can I join one?
New groups start three times a year - spring, summer, and fall semester. Most groups are open to new members throughout the semester. Find a group, contact the leader, and get going!
